Who receives your application

Vividforlife uses the information you provide to assess your application and communicate with you about the role. Questions about your information can be sent to ahmed@vividforlife.com.

What we collect

The form asks for your name, email address and country of residence. You may also provide a phone number, CV, introduction, profile link, study details and availability. Please leave out sensitive personal information that is not needed for your application.

How it is used and stored

Your information is available to the people reviewing applications at Vividforlife and the hosting and email services used to operate this process. Application records and CVs are stored privately, outside the public website. We do not publish them or add applicants to marketing lists.

A necessary session cookie keeps your form and security check working. It is not used for advertising.

Retention and your requests

Application records expire 90 days after submission and are removed during careers-site maintenance. You can contact us to request access, correction or earlier deletion of your information. Include your application reference when available.

Your choices

You can provide a short introduction or a profile link instead of uploading a CV. If you cannot use the online form or security check, contact us for another way to apply.

Basic website statistics

We count page views by approximate country on our own server, without analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. Application field values, CVs and application reference numbers are not included. See our Website Privacy notice for details and your browser exclusion option.
